Longleaf Pine Flooring and Lumber

Red Hills Lumber longleaf pine comes from old, forest-grown longleaf with tight growth rings and matching many historic floors. This is true Pinus palustris, as opposed to the slash pine (Pinus elliotii) that most other mills and distributors marketing "longleaf" carry (slash trees are outwardly similar in appearance and can legally be marketed as longleaf). This non-heart material comes in a C&Btr (fairly clean) and rustic cabin grade (knotty).
